Responsibilities

  1. Shape and execute a marketing plan that drives key business metrics (Lead generation & MQL, Brand Awareness, MQL, Customer Engagement etc)
  2. Develop and execute a strong digital marketing strategy
  3. Have a hands-on approach to execution while planning out strategies and ensuring budgets and timelines are met with desired objectives
  4. Continuously monitor internal/external trends and keep a close eye on competition in the marketplace and identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  5. Should have Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve business goals
  6. Infuse our brand across various communication channels
  7. Manage and own the entire marketing budget and provide reports and forecasts of marketing expenditure across various channels and regions
  8. Own and recommend marketing tools, systems, and processes
  9. Provide insightful data to help the organisation makes short and long term strategic and tactical decisions

Experience & Skills

  1. Should have about 12-15 years’ marketing experience in the IT industry preferably within an IT product-oriented organization.
  2. MBA or an equivalent master’s degree in Marketing is preferred from a premium B-School
  3. Must be a Go-getter who can drive marketing plans – from conception to execution.
  4. Prior knowledge of Data management would be beneficial
  5. Experience with SEO and SEM methods and execution
  6. Previous leadership and mentoring experience
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. Strong knowledge of data driven marketing tools and ability to form marketing initiatives based on data and sales KPIs
  9. Have a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving
  10. Experience creating briefs for designers, copywriters, and other digital agencies
